SMS Terms and Conditions

The internal SMS program is being prepared. Automated service-call alerts and text approvals are not active yet.

Program

The SinkFlow Repair Internal Service-Call Approval SMS program sends recurring operational notifications to designated business operators who expressly opt in. Messages may include pending service-call offers and available service details, call-specific approval requests, status confirmations and error notices. Message frequency varies with service-call activity. Message and data rates may apply.

The program's sending number is (562)667-3801. Enrollment is limited to designated operators; submitting a customer repair request does not enroll that customer in this program. Participation is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing repair services.

Consent and enrollment

Before enrollment, recipients must receive the program description, message frequency and rates disclosures, STOP and HELP instructions, and access to these SMS Terms and the SMS Privacy Policy. Consent must be recorded for the recipient's number and this program. The published enrollment instructions will specify the actual supported opt-in method.

Do not treat a TEST message, an existing business relationship, or possession of a phone number as sufficient consent. A future change of messaging purpose requires appropriate fresh consent.

Call-specific replies

Reply ACCEPT followed by the exact call number to authorize acceptance of that specific pending service call. Availability and current status must be rechecked in ServiceHub before acceptance. An SMS reply does not itself confirm portal acceptance; successful acceptance must be verified in ServiceHub.

Reply HOLD followed by the exact call number to leave that call pending. HOLD does not reject a call. Invalid, stale or uncertain replies require review. Equipment orders are subject to separate approval of the exact item, quantity, destination and available costs; accepting a call does not authorize an order.

Stopping messages and getting help

Reply STOP to the sending number to unsubscribe from this program. An opt-out confirmation may be sent, after which program messages will stop. Re-enrollment requires appropriate consent and the supported opt-in process.

Delivery and privacy

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed; use ServiceHub to verify call status and contact the business if an approval appears uncertain.
