SMS Privacy Policy

The internal SMS program is being prepared. Automated service-call alerts and text approvals are not active yet.

Scope

This policy covers the SinkFlow Repair Internal Service-Call Approval SMS program. The program is intended for designated business operators who choose to receive operational messages. It covers service-call offers, approval requests, status confirmations and error notices. It is not a customer marketing program.

Information and use

For this program, we collect the recipient's phone number, consent records, message contents and replies, delivery information, and call numbers associated with approvals. Operational messages may contain the service-call information needed by the authorized operator to review an offer, including available customer contact, location, product and complaint details.

We use this information to deliver operational notifications, record call-specific ACCEPT or HOLD replies, manage opt-outs, provide support and maintain records of messaging permission. SMS approval does not authorize equipment purchases.

Mobile information and consent

We do not sell or rent mobile information. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is specific to this program and is not transferred to other businesses or used to enroll recipients in other programs.

We use Twilio and communications service providers to operate messaging and delivery. They process the information necessary to provide those services on our behalf. We do not give those providers permission to use recipient information or consent for their own marketing. Consent records are maintained for administration and verification of this program, not for third-party use.

Frequency, rates and choices

Message frequency varies with service-call activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to the sending number to stop SMS messages from this program. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact service@sinkflowrepair.com or (562)248-6988. Choosing not to receive SMS messages is not a condition of buying repair services.

Records and access

Access to program records is limited to authorized personnel and service providers needed to operate the program. We retain records as needed for operational administration, consent verification and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact service@sinkflowrepair.com to request correction of your program contact information or deletion of information that is no longer needed.
